When we teach magic we are also teaching life skills that our students will use for the rest of their lives. Magic helps build confidence and creativity but much more than that, we teach that there are 8 traits of a true magician. Those 8 traits are being: Respectful, Prepared, Enthusiastic, Confident, Humble, Creative, Authentic, and Giving.

ZOOM MAGIC WORKSHOP
Live Zoom Magic Workshop — Learn Real Magic from Home

In this 40-minute interactive online class, students learn real magic tricks they can perform using items already in their home.
Separate classes for kids and adults ensure age-appropriate pacing and content. Along with mind-blowing magic, participants build confidence, showmanship, communication skills, and creativity—all while having a blast.
By the end of the workshop, students won’t just watch magic… they’ll
be magicians!

MAGIC CAMP

Louisville Magic Academy’s Summer Magic Camp teaches kids ages 7–13 the art of magic, juggling, comedy, improvisation, and performance in a fun, confidence-boosting environment.
Campers learn to create and perform magic using everyday household items, build stage presence, develop creativity, and prepare for a live showcase performance at the end of the week.
Each child receives a camp shirt, a magic bag, and take-home tricks they can perform long after camp ends.

Michael Raymer
became interested in magic when he was six years old after helping a magician on stage. He has been performing magic professionally since he was 13 years old.
He has studied under some of the top professional magicians in the field. He is a
Life Member of the
International Brotherhood of Magicians and
Society of American Magicians. Has served as a Regional Vice President of the Society of American Magicians and in July 2025 was elected as a national officer of the
Society of American Magicians.
Michael was the editor and writer of
The Magic SYMbol , an international magazine for
The Society of Young Magicians for over seven years.
He served as president of the
Louisville Magic Club for 6 years, where he has been a member for over 40 years.
Michael performs clean, family-friendly magic and illusion shows with his wife Michele, and specializes in creating
Magical Birthday Parties for children and adults.
